When Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center was ready to launch a new project, they called on Sherri for help. This project required transforming a private 13,000 square foot mansion in need of a serious makeover into a designer showcase featuring the work of over 30 interior designers. The project included building a Design Jury of distinguished professionals within the design community and guiding them through a selection process, then work with each designer/firm to execute on their spaces.

Sherri worked closely with the designers and general contractor to help guide construction decisions, lighting plans, and manage the details of each individual space. Her work also included developing marketing plans, website content, soliciting vendors and supplier partners and creating the event calendar for the 20-days which the home would be open for public viewing. After 18 months the project was unfortunately cancelled. Sherri and her team began to unravel the project and execute on a communications plan to the businesses and individuals involved with the project.  Sherri and her partners at Fred Hutch look forward to continuing this amazing community and design project in the future.
